So , Total no. of men and women = 32x/100+54x/100 = 86x/100 .
So , No. Of children = x - 86x/100 = 14x/100
According to the question ,
14x/100 = 196
14x = 100*196
So , x = 1400
So , No. of men = 54x/100 = (54*1400)/100 = 63000/100 = 630.
So , No. of men = 630 .
