Milk : water = 4:1

so, total sum of ratio will be 5→ 35 litres

milk quantity = 4→ 28 litres ( (35*4)/5 = 28lt )

water quantity = 1→ 7 litres ( (35*1)/7 = 7lt )

now, we add 7 litres + 7lt (14 litres)

total water will be 14 litre and milk is 28litres

new ratio, milk : water = 28 : 14 or 2 :1

Hope it will help you❤

Let , the water is 4x and milk is x L in the mixture.

the water will be in the mixture is- 4x/5x × 35 =28 L.

and the milk is - x/5x × 35. = 7 L.

if 7L water is mixed then the water will be ( 28+7) = 35L.

the ration of milk and water is

7:35 =1:5.

hope it helps you.
