Hey!

Well, we need to just take L.C.M
80 = 2×2×2×2×5
85 = 5×17
90 = 2×5×3×3
L.C.M = 12240
Minimum distance they should walk so that they complete distance in full steps is 12240 m.

Hey!!!!
Here minimum distance = LCM(80,85,90)
thus by Prime Factorisation Method,
=> 80 = 2⁴ x 5
=> 85 = 5 x 17
=> 90 = 2 x 3² x 5
Thus LCM = 2⁴ x 3² x 5 x 17
=> LCM = 16 x 9 x 85
=> LCM = 12240 steps.
Thus minimum 12240 steps they should walk to complete distance in full steps.
Hope this helps
