In a mosque there are 24 cylinder Pillars. The radius of each pillars is 28 cm and height is 4 m. Find the total cost of painting the curved surface area of all pillars at the rate of AED 8 per m2

Given Radius of each pillar = 28
Hight of eath pillar = 4m= 400cm
S0 , as we all know
CSA of a cylinder = 2 ( 22 / 7 ) rh
= 2(22 / 7 ) rh
2(22/7) (28) (400) =70400sq cm = 7.04m sq
CSA of one pillar = 7.04 m sq
Therefore , CSA of 24 pillar =7.04 ( 24 )
=168.96 sq m
since,cost of of Painting 1 sq m = Rs 8
therefore cost of painting 168.96 sq m = Rs 8(168.96)
=Rs 1351.68
