Hey MATE!

Let one angle be x°

Therefore other angle is =
3 \frac{1}{2} x = \frac{7}{2} x
There sum is 180.

 \frac{7}{2} x + x = 180 \\ \frac{7x + 2x}{2} = 180 \\ \frac{9x}{2} = 180 \\ 9x = 360 \\ x = 40 \\ \\ \frac{7x}{2} = \frac{7 \times 40}{2} \\ 140
Hope it helps #))
