sides of triangle OAB are 8,10 and 12
Area of triangle OAB
=√15(15-8)(15-10)(15-12)
=15√7=(1/2)*12*OM (OM is perpendicular from O to AB)
OM=(5√7)/2
DISTANCE between AB and CD=5√7
AREA of ABCD=2 AREA of BCD
=2(1/2)*12*5√7
=60√7 units
