Hi user!
We know opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal.
That means that two sides are equal to 9.5 cm and let other two be equal to x.
Perimeter of a polygon= sum of its sides
30 =9.5+9.5+x+x
30 =19.0+2x
30-19 =2x
11/2 =x
5.5 =x
Thus sides will be 9.5,
9.5,
5.5,
5.5
