In a parallelogram ABCD, BC = 10 cm. The altitudes corresponding to the sides
BC and AB are respectively 7 cm and 8 cm. Find AB​

using the formula of area of ||gm

1/2 ×AB×altitude1= 1/2 ×AD×altitude2

AB×altitude1=AD×Altitude2

10×7=AD×8

AD= 70/8

= 8.75
