In a parallelogram, one of its sides is 12cm and the perpendicular distance from this side to its opposite side is 9cm. What is the area of this parallelogram ​

S (shorter side) =9cm

We know that :-

Anyway,

Solution :-

Area=9X8=72cm²

Distance of the longer sides is,

Area/the length of the longer side

72/12=6cm…

Distance between the longer sides is 6cm
