We know that sum of all angles of a parallelogram us equal;so,

60-x=3x-4

-x-3x= -4-60

-4x= -64

 \sf \: x = \cancel\frac{ \cancel- 64}{ \cancel - 4} = 16

Angles are:

69-x=60-16=44°

3x-4=3×16-4= 48-4=44°
