x+x=6cm

2x=6

x=6/2

x=3

Therefore RO=3cm

So , EI will be 4+4 = 8cm.

As you know RS is 6 cm more than EI

So , RS = 8+6 cm,

14 cm.

If RS is 14cm,

So , RO will be $\bold{\frac{RS}{2}=\frac{14}{2} }$

So , RO = 7 cm

Option B  is the correct answer.
