sum of angles in a quadrilateral =180,therefore 2x+4+2x-13+3x+11+4x-5=11x-3
x=3/11
therefore,
2 \times 3 \div 5 + 4 = 1.2 + 4 = 5.2
2 \times 3 \div 5  - 13 = .... >  >  >
