in a quadrilateral abcd angle a+ angle B = 180. does this mean ab parallel to DC? why? what special name does this quadrilateral have ?

the name is parellogram
in the parellogram opposite side are parallel and equal that's why ab parallel to cd
adjacent angles of parellogram are equal so that's why angle a +angle b=180 (because the sum of adjacent angle =180)
