Answer:

let the ratio be 1x, 2x, 3x and 4x.

1x +2x +3x +4x = 180°

10x = 180°

x = 180°/10

x = 18°

1x = 1×18 = 18°

2x = 2×18 = 36°

3x = 3×18= 54°

4x = 4×18 = 72°

Given :-

In a Quadrilateral ABCD, the angles A, B, C and D are in the Ratio 1:2:4:5.

To Find :-

M easure of each angle of the quadrilateral.

Solution :-

Let the angles be x, 2x, 4x and 5x

Sum of all angles in a quadrilateral = 360

x + 2x + 4x + 5x = 360

12x = 360

x = 360/12

x = 30/1

x = 30

Therefore, Angles are

1x = 1(30) = 30°

2x = 2(30) = 60°

4x = 4(30) = 120°

5x = 5(30) = 150°
