Given, in a quadrilateral PQRS :

P + R = 2(Q + S)

=> Q + S = P + R/2 .........(1)

NOW, P + Q + R + S = 360°

=> P + R = 360 - (Q + S)

=> 40 + R = 360 - P+R/2

=> 40 + R = 360 - 40+R/2

=> R + 40+R/2 = 320

=> 2R + 40 + R = 640

=> 3R = 600

=> R = 200°.

That's your Answer my Friends.
