Step-by-step explanation:

let us consider "k" as the equality

x/y = y/z = z/w = k     -----> 1

=> x = ky ; y = zk ; z = wk

=> x = k (wk) k = wk^3 ; y = wk^2 ; z = wk

We also know that the sum of all the angles of a quadrilateral is 360

i.e. x + y + z + w = 360

=> w ( k^3 + k^2 + k + 1) =360

solve for k and put it in eq 1
