Answer:

rectangular fields length = l = 50m

breadth = b = 30m

area = l×b = 50×30 = 1500m²

let the Triangular parks sides,

a = 14m

b = 15m

c = 13m

area = using heron's formula,

semi perimeter = s = a+b+c/2

= 14+15+13/2

= 42/2

= 21m

\begin{gathered}area = \sqrt{s(s - a)(s -b )(s - c)} \\ = \sqrt{21(21 - 14)(21 - 15)(21 - 13)} \\ = \sqrt{21 \times 7 \times 6 \times 8} \\ = \sqrt{7 \times 3 \times 7 \times 2 \times 3 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2 } \\ = 7 \times 3 \times 2 \times 2 \\ = 21 \times 4 \\ = 84m {}^{2}\end{gathered}

area=

s(s−a)(s−b)(s−c)

=

21(21−14)(21−15)(21−13)

=

21×7×6×8

=

7×3×7×2×3×2×2×2

=7×3×2×2

=21×4

=84m

2

Area of the remaining part = area of the rectangular field - area of the triangular park

= 1500 - 84 m²

= 1416m²
