Step-by-step explanation:

THE AREA OF REMAINING FIELD= AREA OF RECTANGLE-AREA OF TRIANGLE

SO, AREA OF RECTANGLE=L×B

L×B=50×40= 2000 METRES square

NOW, AREA OF TRIANGLE =1/2×B×H

H=?

HERE, H=HEIGHT= 50METRES AS IT'S THE LONGETS LENGTH OF TRIANGLE

SO NOW, AREA OF TRIANGLE =1/2×B=SHORTEST SIDE OF TRIANGLE

AREA OF TRIANGLE =1/2×35×50=875 METRES square

NOW AREA OF REMAINING FIELD= 2000-875

=1125 METRES square
