1. Area of all roads= (3×170)+(3×170)+(4×140)
= 1580 Sq.m
2.cost of levelling 1sq. m =Rs 5
cost of 1580sq. m = Rs (1580×5)= Rs 7900
3.Area of remaining plot =Total area of plot - area of roads
= (170×140) - 1580
= 23800 - 1580 = 22220 Sq. m

Answer:

(170*3) + (170*3) +(170*3) + (140*4)

510 + 510 +510 + 560 = 2090

2090- 36 = 2054m

Total area of the road = 2054

Total cost @ 5 per m = 2054 * 5 = 10270

Area of the remaining portion of the plot is : 170* 140 = 23800 -2054 = 21746m
