Area of the plot = 70×40
= 2800 m²
area of circular gardan = π(17.5)^2
= 962.11 m²
so,
the remaining area=2800-962.11
=1837.88 m²
so the cost of turfing = 1837.88×28.50
=Rs 52379.78
