hey...here is your answer

instead of finding coefficient of performance of refrigirator.then finding the heat derived out(Q2) from refrigirator and then finding heat given to surrounding (Q1).
The question could be answered in three simple steps.

we know efficiency =work output(W) / heat input(Q1)...1
.
and efficiency is also = 1 - T2/T1
. = 1 - 273/300
. efficiency = 9/100.

now from 1.
. 9/100 = W/Q1

here W= 1J.... given
so 9/100= 1/Q1
solving, Q1= 11.11 J.
