Let the point of intersection of diagonals be O.

Hence, we know that diagonals of rhombus bisect each other at 90°.

Then, BO =OD = 24 /2 = 12 cm

Now, in triangle AOB,

AB^2 = OB ^2 + AO^2

=> AO^2 = (13)^2 - (12)^2

=>AO = 5 cm

Therefore, AC = 2 AO = (2 × 5) cm

= 10 cm
