Hii There!!!

In the given question, PQRS is a parallelogram so its opposite sides are parallel and equal.
\bf{i.e,\:PQ // RS\:and\:PQ = RS}

So, it is given that...

PQ = 2y + 10 ----------1)

RS = 5y + 1 ----------2)

On equating equation 1 & equation 2 we get ;

2y + 10 = 5y + 1

= 2y - 5y = 1 - 10

= -3y = -9 [ negative sign will be cancelled out ]

= y = 9/3

=> y = 3

Therefore, \boxed{y=3}

On putting value of 'y' in equation 1) we get,

PQ = 2y + 10

=> 2 × 3 + 10

=> 6 + 10 = 16

Hence, \boxed{length\:of\:PQ=16\:units}
