Let the other two sides be 4x and 3x

As we know hypotnuse ^2 = 1st side^2 + 2nd side ^2

Therefore 20^2 = (4x)^2+(3x)^2

400=16x^2+9x^2

400=25x^2

x^2=400/25

x^2=16

x=√16

x=4

4x= 4*4

=16

3x=4*3

=12

Therefore the sides are 16 cm and 12 cm
