No friend, Public prosecutor is appointed by state government but appears on bahalf of government but not for public. Though the accused if can not afford a defence lawyer, then government only afford a defence lawyer too, for accused one.
Oh thats what is written in by book but my teacher explained like Vpm .... so wanted to confirm it.
