Answer:

1. Find the hypotenuse (hyp.)

(hyp.)^2 = (side)^2 + (side)^2

(hyp.)^2 = (12)^2 + (5)^2

(hyp.)^2 = 144 + 25

(hyp.)^2 = 169

hyp. = root square of 169

hyp. = 13

2. Calculate the radius

Formula:  r = ( Side + Side – Hyp. ) / 2

r = ( 12 + 5 – 13 ) / 2

r = 4/ 2

r = 2

Answer = 2cm
