Answer: hi there here is ur answer

in triangle ABC right angled at C

AB= 13cm

BC= 5cm

AC= ?

BY USING PYTHAGORAS THEOREM

AB^2 =BC^2 + AC^2

13^2 = 5^2 +AC^2

169- 25 = AC^2

144 = AC^2

AC= 12cm

⇒cos^2 b + sin^2 a

cos b = 5/13

sin a = 5 /13

cos^2 b + sin ^2 a = (5/13)^2 + (5/13)^2

=50/338

= 25/169

hope it helps!!!!!!
