the distance between crest and trough is half the wavelength
therefore, wavelength /2 = 10cm
Hence wavelength =5cm = 0.05m
Frequency = 12 Hz (because frequency= no.of oscillations or ripples/time i.e 1sec)
velocity of wave = frequency × wavelength
hence velocity = 12 × 5 / 100 = 0.6 m/s
