let the no of students in sections be a,b,c and d

p(getting student from section A) = total student in section A/total no of students

a/160 = 7/20

= a = 160*7/20

a=56 students

p(e2)=b/160

b/160 = 1/5

b=160/5 =32

p(e3) = c/160

c/160=3/10.

c=160*3/10 =48

d= 160-(56+32+48) = 24

a= 56,b=32,c=48and d=24
