Students stand in first row = 30

Students stand in second row = 27

Students stand in third row = 20

Students stand in last row = 6

Total number of students = students stand in 1st row + students stand in 2nd row + students stand in 3rd row + students stand in 4th row.

Total number of  students = 30 + 27 + 20 + 6

Total number of students = 83

Therefore, there are 83 students.
