percentage of passed students in school X = (36/48)*100
                                                                     = 3/4 * 100
                                                                     = 3*25
                                                                     = 75%

percentage of passed students in school Y = (24/30)*100
                                                                     = (3/5)* 100 
                                                                     = 3*20
                                                                     = 60%
 so price should be given to school X
