in a school x, 48 students appeared for 10th class exams out of which 36 students passed. In another school y 30 students appeared and 24 students passed. which school has the highest pass percentage

in X school 48 students ,, Pass= 36   and  Faill =12 
 the percentage is  48 ....... 36

     48*12 / 36 = 16%

then , Y school 30 students  ,, Pass =24  Faill =6 
  the percentage is  30 .......24
                                 *  ........6
       30*6 / 24 = 7.5 %

Then  X school  = 16%
           Y  school  = 7.5 %
