Answer:

1. probablity of getting a black shirt is 13/30

2. probability of getting a party wear = 9 / 30 = 3/10

3. probability of getting a white party wear = 4 / 30 = 2/15

4. probability of getting a black party wear = 5 / 30 = 1/6

Step-by-step explanation:

1. probability = no. of favorable outcomes / total outcomes

no. of black shirts = total shirts - white shirts = 30 - 17 = 13

2.Total no. of party wears = no of white party wears + no of black party wears = 4 + 5 = 9

probability = no. of favorable outcomes / total outcomes

therefore, probability of getting a party wear = 9/30

Same goes for 3. and 4.
