Total number of outcomes = 6 × 6 = 36

Favourable outcomes = (2,2) (4,4) (6,6) = 3

p(e) =  \frac{number \: of \: favourable \: outcomes \: }{total \: number \: of \: outcomes} \\ p(doublet \: of \: even \: number) =  \frac{3}{36}   =  \frac{1}{12}
