   In a small pond there is a boat with some luggage. The boat develops a crack   and water starts entering it. Gradually, the boat starts sinking. Will the waterlevel rise, fall or remains same

the water level of pond rise because the boat sink in water so it will displace some water so gradually water level of pond rises.

The water level will rise as the boat displaces water equal to its own volume and it is based on Archimedes Principle.
