the no. of workers having b.tech or mba degree is 30+25-20 =35%
then no. workers without degree is 65%
then 65% of x =325 ,where x is no. of total workers then x=500

Answer:

500

Step-by-step explanation:

30% workers are B.Tech degree holders

25% are MBAs

20 % hold both these degrees

So, Total no. of workers having B tech or MBA = Workers with B Tech + Workers with MBA - Workers having both

Total no. of workers having B tech or MBA =30%+25%-20%

Total no. of workers having B tech or MBA =30%+25%-20% = 35%

Let the total no. of workers be x

No. of workers having B tech or MBA = 35% of x = 0.35 x

Workers without any professional degree = x- 0.35x = 0.65 x

We are given that 325 workers are without any professional degree

So,0.65x = 325\\x = \frac{325}{0.65}\\x=500

Hence There are 500 workers in the company.
