so
AB=BC=CD=AC
NOW
ab =cd
3x-8=x+6
3x-x=6+8
2x=14
x=14÷2
x=7
now ab=3x-8
ab=3×7-8
ab=21-8
ab=13
so ab =bc=cd=ac=13cm each
