in a triangle ABC, AD is the median of the triangle from the vertex a to side BC. if ar(ABD)=12cm cube, find ar (ABC).

we know That median divide into equal area of triangle
area of abd= area of triangle adc= 1/2 area of triangle abc
so area of triangle abc= 2 × area of of tri abd
2 ×12
. = 24
