Answer:

angle A=25

angle B=73

angle C=82

Step-by-step explanation:

By angle sum property of triangle-

angle A+angle B+angle C=180

x+3x-2+y=180

=4x-2+y..................................(1)

y-(3x-2)=9

or y-3x+2=9...............….....................(2)

eq.(1)-eq.(2)

4x-2+y-(y-3x+2)=180-9

4x-2+y-y+3x-2=171

7x-4=171

7x=175

x=25............answer angle A

angle B=3*25-2=73

angleC=180-(25+73)

= 180-98

=82

Answer:

In a triangle ABC :

angle A + angle B + angle C = 180

--------------(angle sum property of triangle)

• angle C - angle B = 9

y - (3x-2) = 9

y = 9+(3x-2)

y = 7+3x

•x + (3x-2) + y = 180

x + (3x-2) + (7+3x) = 180

x + 3x + 3x -2+7 = 180

7x = 175

x = 25°

• y = 7 + 3×25

y = 82°

The respective angles of the triangle ABC are ;

Angle A = x = 25°

Angle B = 3x-2 = 73°

Angle C = y = 82°

hope this helped,
