In a triangle ABC angle B is right angle and the point L nd M is the mid point of AB and AC then prove that 4LC^2 = AB^2 +4BC^2

LC^2=BL^2+BC^2

LC^2=(AB/2)^2+BC^2

LC^2=AB^2/4 +BC^2

4LC^2=AB^2+4BC^2
