1)area of triangle APO/ area of triangle ABC
2)area of triangle APO/area of triangle COQ

AP/PB=AO/OC=2/3

1) ar(APO)/ar(ABC)=[AO/AC]²            (the triangles are similar by AA similarity)

   [2/2+3]²=[2/5]²

   ⇒4/25

2) ar(AOP)/ar(COQ)=[AO/CO]²        (the triangles are similar by AA)

                               =[2/3]²

                               =4/9
