if we have to find out base and height ,
first area of training is given then,
assume,
base =x,
height = 2x ,

The area of triangle =1/2×base × height

The area of triangle=1/2 × base × 2 × base

The area of triangle=base ^2

400= base ^2

base =20 cm

the height is =2×base

The height of triangle = 40 cm
----–---------------------------------------
The base of triangle = 20 cm

The Base of the Triangle = b

The Height of the triangle, h = 2b

The Area of the triangle, A = 400 cm^2

We know that ,

area \: of \: triangle \:  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times b \times h

From this ,,,

Area , A = 1/2 × b × 2b

400 = b^2

b = ( 400)^1/2

b = 20cm

The height of the triangle, h = 2b

h = 2 × 20

h = 40 cm
