let units place digit be x-4

ten's place digit = x

number = 10x + x-4 = 11x - 4

number after reversing digits = 10(x-4) + x= 11x - 40

Given

10(11x-4) = 14( 2x - 4 + 11x - 40)

110x - 40 = 14(13x - 44)

110x - 40 = 182x - 616

72x = 576

x= 8

Number = 84
