Option ( b ) is correct.

Explanation :

Ten's place digit = 7 ( given )

Let unit place digit = x

The number = 70 + x ---( 1 )

According to the problem given ,

Sum of the digits = 8 times of x

=> 7 + x = 8x

=> 7 = 8x - x

=> 7 = 7x

=> 7/7 = x

=> 1 = x

x = 1

put x = 1 in ( 1 ) , we get

The number = 70 + 1

= 71

Therefore ,

Required two digit number = 71
