Let the tens digit be x and the units digit be y.
So the number be =10x+y
A.q.
=>y=2x (equation 1)

Also,(10y+x)-(10x+y)=27
=>10y+x-10x-y=27
=>9y-9x=27
=>9(y-x)=27
=>y-x=27/9
=>y-x=3
From equation 1 y=2x
And y=2(1)=2
So the number is 12.
