let unit digit = a

tens digit = a+2

Answer:

Let the digit at the units place be 'x'

so ATQ, digit at tens place = x + 2

x + x + 2 = 12

2x + 2 = 12

2x = 10

x = 5

Therefore, digit at units place is 5 and digit at tens place = 5 + 2 = 7

so the number will be 7×10 + 5×1

=75

hope this helps!!
