In a uniform circular motion, the motion of the body is uniform then why is the
motion uniformly accelerated?​

Note that, unlike speed, the linear velocity of an object in circular motion is constantly changing because it is always changing direction.Therefore, an object undergoing uniform circular motion is always accelerating, even though the magnitude of its velocity is constant.

When the object moves in a circular path with uniform speed, it means that its magnitude of velocity does not change. only its direction changes continuously. Hence. it is considered as uniformly accelerated motion.
