Given :

No of participants in race A = 48

No of participants in race B = 324

No of participants in race C  = 156

To Find :

No of rooms required for the athletes = ?

Solution :

If the one athlete is only participating in only one race , then total no of rooms required will be the sum of participants in race A , race B and race C :

= 48 +324 +156

= 528

So, 528 rooms will be required .
