Given :  ∆ ABC, right-angled at B, AB = 24 cm, BC = 7 cm

To Find : Value of Tan C

Solution:

in Right angle triangle

Tan (angle ) = Opposite side / Adjacent side   ( perpendicular / Base)

Tan C = AB / BC

=> Tan  C = 24/7

Correct option is 24/7

(Sin 30°+cos 60°)-(sin 60° + cos 30°)

= 1/2 + 1/2  - ( √3/2 + √3/2)

= 1  - √3

Correct option is 1-√3

tan 60°/cot 30°

Tan 60° = √3

cot 30° = √3

√3 /√3  = 1

=> tan 60°/cot 30° = 1

Correct option is 1

1 - cos²A = sin²A

Sin (90° – A) =  cos A

Hence

Sin (90° – A) and cos A are same

cos X = ⅔    B = 2 , H = 3

P = √H² - B²  = √3² - 2²   = √5

tan X = P/B   = √5 / 2

Correct option is   √5 / 2
