In absence of "Idea" the process of communication will not start. there first must be an "Idea" which means any information/ message you want to convey to the other party. if there is no "Idea" to begin with there will not be a need for communication. the speaker first needs to give rise to the "idea" then put that idea into words, writing or gestures and then send it to the listener through the communication channel.
